Hello, friend! I’m so glad you're here.

Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine I’d be writing a blog. For years, I’ve been a reader… soaking up the words, stories, and wisdom of others, laughing along with their quirks, and finding comfort in their honesty. I never expected I’d one day be sharing my own.

But here I am, a wife to a wonderful man for over 20 years, mama to three beautiful children, proud dog-mom to two sweet golden floofs, and surrounded by my small, but loving group of family and friends. We live a simple life tucked away on a backroad in Tennessee, where the coffee's always on and the porch is always open.

Lately, I’ve found myself in a new season, one where people seem to be coming to me more and more for advice. It happens at work, at home, socially… even in the grocery store aisle. Maybe it’s the gray hairs peeking through, or maybe it’s just that I have “one of those faces,” as they say. Either way, I’m learning to embrace it. With age really does come wisdom… or at least a few hard-earned lessons and a whole lot of perspective.

So, this little blog is my way of giving back. A place to share stories, truths, encouragement, and the everyday beauty I see in faith, family, and simple life. Sometimes serious, sometimes lighthearted and always from the heart.
